need a little help

does anyone have some delicious appetizer recipes? nothing complicated, por favor. and please don't say queso dip--although this plastic cheese is delicious, it is still plastic cheese.

  1. Best and easiest dip ever, promise:

    2 cups chopped onion
    2 cups real mayo
    2 cups grated swiss cheese

    Mix together and put in middle of large bread bowl. Bake 40 minutes at 350.

    Seriously, so good!

    Best and easiest dip ever (courtesy of Rene')
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
    1 bottle green goddess salad dressing

    Serve on platter with a variety of crackers and sliced meat

  3. Totally Yummy Corn Dip (serve w/ corn chips)

    2 cans Mexi corn
    1 can Rotel
    1 bag (2 cups) sharp cheddar cheese
    1 c. Sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    7 green onions diced
    pinch of sugar
    taco seasoning (optional)

  4. Chipotle like dip serve with tortilla chips... so addicting. add more/less of any ingredients to make it how you like!

    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Corn
    1 Jalepeno finely chopped
    1-2 Tomatoes chopped
    1 Onion chopped
    1 Avocado chopped
    1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
    1 TBLSP Vinegar (any kind)
    1-2 TBLSP Brown Sugar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

  5. i love cream cheese with raspberry chipotle sauce served with wheat thins. i also have a recipe for jalapeno ranch dip. it makes a ton, pretty easy...you just throw a bunch of stuff in a blender. let me know if you want the recipe for that.
